Chevrolet keys, cars and trucks
Most Chevrolets from the late 1990s on have a chip in the key, and the engine will not start until the chip is paired with the vehicle. Many models use a flip key or a remote head key, and newer ones with push-button start use a smart key.
We cut the blade, pair the new key through the diagnostic port and test the start, the doors and the remote with you. For work trucks and vans, we can make keys for several vehicles in one visit.

Cut and program at the car
A technician comes to the car, cuts the blade and pairs the chip, remote or smart key with the car.
Test everything
We test the engine start, the door buttons and the trunk with you before we leave.
Before we cut or program a key, we ask for the vehicle registration and photo ID that matches it. For a leased or company vehicle, bring documents that show you are allowed to use it. Car keys come with a 3-month warranty, and car key programming comes with a 12-month warranty.
